Refund policy
This Return and Refund Policy governs all purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
Thank you for shopping at Splashis. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• The request must be made within 48 Hr days of the purchase date.
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please note: Certain types of items are exempt from being returned. These include: [List non-returnable items, e.g., perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items].
2. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@splashis.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:
• Splashis will cover the cost of return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered by customer), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@splashis.com.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
