Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after shipment.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Once shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has started.

Incorrect Address
If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 24 hours. We cannot change the address after the order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with:

• Order number
• Clear photo of the damage

We will review the claim and send a replacement or issue a refund if approved.
